These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Inkrypt.ai website, platform, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, software, documentation, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your organization if applicable, and comply with applicable laws.

Inkrypt.ai provides enterprise cryptographic security solutions including AI-assisted encryption management, KMS intelligence, SDK generation, telemetry, monitoring, post-quantum cryptography capabilities, enterprise integrations, APIs, and developer tools.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials.

You retain ownership of your data. Inkrypt processes customer data solely to provide the Services.

Unless explicitly configured by the customer, Inkrypt does not store or take custody of customer encryption keys.

Do not misuse the platform, upload malware, abuse APIs, interfere with security, or violate applicable laws.

All platform software, documentation, trademarks, and content remain the property of Inkrypt or its licensors.

Integrations with third-party providers remain subject to their own terms.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to maintenance.

Beta features may change or be discontinued without notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, or non-payment.

Governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Inkrypt entity unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms may be updated periodically.
